I hold Jane Eyre in highest regard. I grew up with it, I keep re-reading it and it gives me as much pleasure as it did the first time when I was a teen. Seeing Jane Eyre /1983 was a thrilling and memorable experience.

Big thank you Mr. Dalton, Ms Clarke and everyone involved of making this masterpiece film.

Big thank you to the creator of the video-tribute. It is wonderful.

I saw this video before YouTube muted it and I thought it was awesome! Very beautiful! At the moment I'm watching this Jane Eyre adaptation and it is nice to have this video in mind... Timothy Dalton is so gorgeous! =)

Beautiful clip!

This "Jane Eyre" is my favourite one.

Despite that the quality of the film tape lets a lot to be desired I like it very much.

The visual quality of a period drama is very important to me, was it not for the GREAT performances of Timothy Dalton and Zelah Clarke I would not have watched it. Both actors played the characters like they were in the book.

I agree the picture quality and the sets were somewhat limited but I loved the location they used. And all of the actors were great for their parts. Even the smaller roles. This will always be my favourite JE. :D
