just finished reading the december issue of natgeo on the blue holes. Totally incredble vid guys. Love it. I got certified as a cave diver in florida to Ginnie springs back in the 80's and I'm still hooked on it! Gotto get to this place soon. Anyone ever dove deans?
@denverSkip Yes it does. It is a very technical form of diving and it can be very dangerous. Get certified before you go in a cave. I got cave certified at Ginnie Springs florida back in the 80's. And I'm hooked on it. Good luck pal.

does this kind of diving require any additional training? other than a basic scuba certification?

divedaz 1 year ago
@divedaz On average, 20 divers lose their lives each in caves like this
Dinoman217 1 year ago
@Dinoman217 I have been scuba diving/cave diving for over 20yrs, is all.
divedaz 1 year ago
@divedaz several reasons
1. the intense pressure
2.running out of oxygen
3.getting lost
