i agree with this. 80% of my friends are pregnant. everyone in hollywood is pregnant. it's like a second baby boom. i'm all for having kids in general because yes, they CAN be blessings, but this is too much. if you're gonna have a kid, BE PREPARED. be in a good financial situation, DON'T do it while you're in school, have the support of the father, and for christ sake dont do it because everyone else is or because you want to fill a void. NO ONE is ever ready, but they can be prepared. thanks.

I think he was using the "25" age thing as an example. I think basicaly what he was saying don't ahve kids till you're ready, and most people who want to be succesful are still in education before they're 25. And therefore not ready. Think about what he's saying.
If you are ready, then that's great. But he was just talking form experience. And you are too. But try to be more polite next time. You bursting out like that worries me about your maturity. Surely if he's wrong you should be happy?

Obviously you don´t know anything about biology! The women body is ready to have children since 18 to 26 is when is more fertile and is better for the baby and the mother. you can take like 10 years of your life if you have babies after that age because your body is not the same and is more risk. But I´m not saying is alright have children, is bad for the planet.

Like not to be argumentative but in defense of single mothers under 25 I feel that you don't need to judge anyone or tell them when they need to have a child..It's plenty of people under 25 that take care of themselves and they're children and it's alot more women on 25 that's on crack..Age has nothing to do with it cause when you're 18 you're grown ass need to get a job anyway...Regardless of the world is gonna be jacked up but people cant stop having kids because of that..And that wraps it up.

To say that all women are not ready at a younger age to have children is not fair. Some of us who have children at a younger age are fully capable of being excellent mothers. My children have not wanted for much, that is for sure. It hurts a little that you would say these things, it makes me upset that you have such little faith in some people. I understand that girls who are 13 years old going out having babies is absolutely ridiculous...I was 22 when I had my first son. Working, paying bills, paying taxes...being an adult. So don't presume to know me, or my situations in life. SOME OF US are excellent caring mothers. There are some out there that were older than I was with their first child who are awful mothers. My opinion is and it stands that you cannot judge a book by its cover, or better yet a mother by her age.

I don't agree willie! My sister was 23 when she had her first daughter and she is a great mother. She was totally prepared and does everything she can for her kids. Some people are just ready before others but I think we should all try to meet our goals first education wise before you bring kids into the world. Out of both my sisters the younger one is a much better mother.

i dont think it has to do with age because alotof young people these days are successful at those ages and are ready to have kids, and it can go either way alot of people in their 30s aint ready either and they havin kids. age has nothing to do with what type of mother you will be. its about you as a person and what you are ready for. im single and dont have kids and im 27 but 1 of my friends had a child at 19 and she is the best mom i know for her age. But yes it changes your life.
