I think Mr. Cocker does this justice as he always does. Percy done it but my favorite is M. Bolton. Then when Sledge and Bolton done it together, that was the icing on the cake. Nobody can touch "you are so beautiful" or going back to Woodstock and hearing "little help from my friends". Cocker does it all the time. Keep yer hat on!!!

This performance by Joe Cocker blew everybody away including the crowd and James Brown. It is available on Amazon as a DVD/CD set. Considering this was a one time live take, makes it that much more special. No offense to Percy Sledge or Michael Bolton, but their studio versions can't touch this for raw emotion and power. Just listen to him belt out the final verse, and you will quickly see why Joe is so great!
