i started doing these and about two months later my sister told me my legs were getting skinnier. My legs were already very slim and i didn't them to get skinnier so i stopped doing these & switched to Jillian Michaels Extreme Shed & Shred. I usually sweat EVERYWHERE when doing tae bo. I only want to tone up and gain a little muscle weight so i don't know if i should continue doing his...or Jillians.
P.S i'm 19
P.P.S my mom said i wasn't loosing fat, but water weight...
This is very good workout ,, ur really feel good when u done ,, u didnt waste time u work work and work ,, i try to do it just 28 min and then i fall down ,, i will try more and more ,, who can do it for 48 min without will be super hero
@Cofia87 On his DVD's he says you typically burn up to 500 calories but if you dig deep and don't stop inbetween workouts for a break or anything you can burn up to 650 calories !
@Cofia87 Between 500 and 800 calories. This is a good cardio work out and no difficult combinations ... trust me I'm obsessed with Tae Bo .. why do they call it level 12????
@Janasheen91 Personally I find all Taebo DVDs (by Billy Blanks) for all muscles (shoulders, arm, abs, butt, legs...etc) and also for heart (Cardio) . ENJOY :)
Wow! That is the hardest workout I have ever done in my life! I had to stop every couple of mins to wipe the sweat that kept pouring into my eyes! I have been doing Tae Bo for about 3 months, but this almost killed me! I can see why you have named it Level 12 - Amen to that! Thank you Ama2Allah for this. And for all of those that have managed to go on to the end like me, get yourselves into that well deserved shower!:-)
