That airbag fault, it happened to me too. In my case it was some wire that connects pyropatron to the accumulator. Like 5€ piece of wire makes all car's active security systems go offline.

@RnBciO it's not downhill!! I have the 335d touring and it stops at 260 (stock) probably the real speed is 250 at 260 on the speedo and it's limited at real 250.

@573W1E6R1FF1N No BMW has a sensor in the passenger seat and if u sit there it will turn on but u have to be a specific weight

@ZCP1364 Many cars have those sensors. Many have a dedicated light that may say "PASSENGER AIRBAG OFF" or a similar message on the dash. But not to have the main airbag light on
