Rob Bell has such a different way of expressing God and he is also a person with sin just like you and me. We are not in any position to judge someone if he is drawing people to God no matter in what form.
cats9900 Any teacher in the world will obviously have some kind of critisism from the public side like with Joyce Meyer were people said her teachings is too informal and casual mostly because those people are jelious because they don't have the ability to be able to surve God in such way thru their talents. The Write brothers actually changed the impossible in the possible by building the first flying machine. @MyMarnus that is a ridiculous comparison. i gave rob bell one last shot a couple weeks ago by listening to his sermon on divorce. in said sermon he belittled the importance of Jesus as God and completely perverted the purpose of marriage. I'm done with him.
@belovedsumma1129 - consider the possibility that somewhere in the midst of his ministry, the spirit of God may actually be working to touch the lives of lost people bringing them closer to himself. and when you just totally write someone off or a whole movement, there may be the chance that you'd be speaking against the working and moving of the holy spirit. there is a specific biblical word for this ...it's called blasphemy. If i were you thats not a practice i would so readily engage in.

Rob Bell is not aligned with the Bible, as evidenced by his heretical writings and his desire to seemingly make the gospel up as he goes. That is what blasphemy is just so you know. All I have done is what is a requirement for Christians, point out the false teachers and expose them.
Rob Bell's false teaching has embraced paganism and merged it into postmodernism, an anti-Christian philosophy teaching the impossibility of absolute truth. He doesn’t just twist scripture; he just makes it up as he goes. There is nothing Christian about this person.

That is what makes him a false teacher and he should be avoided. Just because a 'preacher' sounds cool doesn't make him right, or correct.
