My bro tried a back flip off a 50 ft cliff and landed on his back. It drew some blood and bruised up the majority of his back and arms. And that was only from 50 ft.

Hey, It's nice to know that this is a hard spot to find. There was a cliff jumping spot in my hometown that only we/locals knew about. Last week I went there (10 years later) and saw nothing but people 40 city folk and tourists who some how found there way there. Keep it quiet or the spot will be lost to the crowds!!

@DlEfam0uS bot in vermere bc its near jasper alberta near a local spot called horse-shoe lake. there is 2 places to jump from there the lower end where the guy is jumping from and then u get the higher one about 20meters more to the right but that one has a little lay over.one of my friend hit is foot on the side while going down. its a cool trip and great secluded place to jump from.go there at the right time and the mountain in the back ground turn a golden color.nonetheless OUCH :D

@regguy69 Not called Horseshoe Lake, and pretty far from Jasper. This is about an hour from Banff, or 3 hours from Calgary. About 15 minutes away from my house. grew up at this lake. This was in 08', you should see the rope swing they have!
