@crazysolo95 bro i had that game in 2008 like you did. and i got really good at it in less than a week. and you took way longer then that. plus the difficulty your playing is looks like its in normal not insane. if it was on insane then itachi would be using substiitution jutsu LOTS of time.
try usin down+O, then up+O (u need to time this right) and when ur in mid air do double X and then down + O this combo will take of a third to a half of his hp and if u time it right even the computer on insane cant substitute
and u really shouldnt use rasengan with the 4th hokage coz its too easy for experienced players to dodge give him chidori

it was an okay video, but it seemed too easy because i have fought every character on Insane mode, and i mostly use chouji and jirobo, but then again that's only me. one thing i'd like to say just as a person to person tip, save your chakra, dont keep using your special abilities, and if you do, use the ultimate jutsu, then while they are disoriented, take an energy pill, and then use them. but like i sad\id that's just my opinion.
yeah lol i always use a level 2 ultimate jutsu on my oponent so then i have a little flexibility on how many times i can use the substitution jutsu when they come at me
