  • history doesn't repeat but it rhymes - this shit's gonna start up again you know! Looks like the US, Pakistnan and China will be the flashpoints this time. I call WW3 within ten years, most likely within five years of now.

  • @badnewswade you should watch micheal ruppert's collapse

  • @badnewswade Ive got a sick feeling that for some strange reason the next world war is going to be about a thousand times worse than the first world wars combined.

  • thanks alot mate its really helped my revision :) got a big test coming up and it counts for 45% of the overall grade :) wish me luck guys :) XD

  • Desparate economic times led to the rise of Fascist and Communist movements, which helped to destabilize Europe, fed dictator movements like Hitler, Stalin, and Mussolini, and emphasized, in a stark way, that the League of Nations was at best a fair weather organization only.

  • I really dont believe that the failure of the league of nation had that much to do with the wall street crash '29. It was more to do with self-interest of its members, reluctance the dis-arm and lack of military. As well as the crisis in Manchuria and Abyssinia. Also the fact that America didnt join and no real economic sanctions could be put in place as the USA were such an important trading partner. Sorry for rambling, I enjoyed your video, but purposes don't think you covered enough points.

  • Overall, I would rate this video 2/10, the most 'content-rich' part is the take on the Great DEpression, the Abyssinian Crisis and Manchurian crisis are barely touched on, there is also no evidence of analytical skills at work as to which was the most important factor that led to the League of Nation's downfall, hence this video is considered revision? lol

  • @umkee to be fair mate you wudnt be able to fit all the details about all the crisise into a 5 minute video.

  • Does the collapse of the League of Nations really start from the Great DEpression? I think the origin of the League of Nation's failure was that the USA were not in the driving seat of the League of Nations in the first place.

  • @umkee the main reasons why the league of nations failed where possibly the members and the powers they had. for example like you said USA werent there meaning the leauges economic strength was poor. this meant that economic sanctions would be almost uselsss. also the fact that the league didnt have a permanent army meant that no military intervention could have taken place. moral pressure was also completely ignored. the membership failed also ( no more characters! )

  • is this really all u?

  • Beg ya pudding? How did you find this video anyway?!
