the N represents the "Neutral-button". With this button they can put the car in neutral. That way the car can be pushed away after a crash... most of the times F1-cars are stuck in gear after they spin or crash and that way they can't be pushed away.

"E" -> Extinguishing system manually.
"N" -> Neutral, disengaging the clutch manually.
