Listen to what Paul Hellyer had to say about UFOs in a video called UFO DISCLOSURE 2010 MUST SEE. He states that the U.S. government recreated alien technology as a response to UFO interactions in order to find a way to defend themselves in case they should (for whatever stupid reason) attack us. I think some of those photos of UFOs are actually government projects trying to mimick actual UFOs. That's why they look dated albeit appropiate for that era.

because that was his job. it said he was a traffic investigator. he was probably taking a picture of it to verify the obstructed traffic sign to his superiors, who would then send someone out to clear the branch away from the sign.
