nope u can buy it from steam for a cheap price on its own but if u dont have TF2, HL2 or CSS u can buy gmod or TF2 with it.

Extract it into addons folder, then go to your browse secion on the menu when in game in gmod, and find a folder called L4D2 Models

@JTandW Actually the L4D2 witch is also a little more tolerant of the survivors, you'd need to get within 3-4 feet in relative to where you and her are standing/sitting to actually get her to fire a warning growl at you
