@acanintendo really really easy, what this guy did was take a bunch or sound samples of homer simpson talking, and then he took a piece of each sample and then put all of those pieces that he cut all together. then he took the new samples that he made out of bits and pieces and then mixed them into the song. :) I hope this helped. have a great day!
