!!!!!!!! I've been searching daily for this 45. My pal from Memphis played the keys for Black Rock. His name is Archie and he is the Step Son of the late Drummer/Producer of Countless Hits-Willie Mitchell. He was on a bunch of the Al Green LPs cut in the 70's. From what Archie told me I gathered this band was formed basically to close out the Fillmore Venue opening for the Frank Zappa and the Mothers. Anyway, big ups on the find. I have it on a Compilation from Stax called Memphis 70.
