kind of, the VXR8 etc are sold as vauxhalls in the UK. The vauxhalls were originally HSV's (the car in this video). We have HSV clubsport R8 (this car), HSV GTS (bit more spec'd than the clubsport), HSV Senator (luxury GTS), HSV Maloo ( fast ute) and HSV Grange (faster statesman), HSV tourer (faster wagon), HSV VXR (tuned astra). The vauxhall bathurst is a HSV clubsport which is taken to walkinshaw performance and fitted with a supercharger, puts out 470kw (not actually from HSV factory though).
