It makes me happy that Carmageddon is returning. It'd be nice if they re-released at least the first Carmageddon game for free (like MekTek did with mech4) or for whatever price they choose to put. It would be a good way to build momentum for the upcoming Carmageddon game, as well as bring back some of that nostalgia of what Carmageddon was, and is

But even without a re-release, Im still excited for the new Carmageddon. And whats a few more years (a year) to wait for that?

I love Carmageddon. Unfortunatally, some time ago(8 years or so, I dont remember the exact year), my Carmageddon disk was broken.

Many years have gone by, wishing I could return to such a great game. Its was as important to me as Doom, Quake( 1 & 3), Unreal(1st game), and Mech2 (and I still have those games, cept for Mech2). (continued)

When i was young, I used to play Carmageddon and Carmageddon splat pack for days and weeks without a break, and when i was too tired to play it, i just watched my recorded races. Now i grew up and feel fine, i dont kill anybody or smth like that. So, I want to say to those retarded rating makers who ban such games that they can go f*ck themselves or else ill drive over them. I'd completely forgotten how awesome Carmageddon was! I knew I liked the game, and I knew I was stoked about the possibility of a new one, but I couldn't put my finger on exactly why.

Then the powerups happened. Oh my freaking god. Moon gravity, bouncy suspension, exploding pedestrians, the ball and chain tail thing, the flamethrower, that one that made pedestrians super volatile so if you touched them a leg and arm would fall off and they'd bounce around and looks really hilarious...

I'm sorry I know some people hate this but man I loved carma 2, I played the first one too but after carma 2, it was so entertaining the car felt floaty and you could do some huge jumps and land on another car and watch it explode it was so awesome :D. Can't wait for the new one but I hope it's coming to PC.
