you press taunt then quickly switch weapons before the taunt starts.

You can also do a double glitch taunt with some weapons that disappear. Like the Pyros second taunt, if you change, and change back, you'll see the pyro do his fire taunt while holding his second weapon. But you have to be super fast.

@LostOverThere i did this with the scout, he did the Scattergun taunt but was holding the bat... for a second it looked like he was jerking off...

This works on all classes, just hit the taunt and switch weapon key at the same time and you do it.

I always thought bugs were "automatic", like walking around and randomly sinking in the ground, and glitches were "intentional bugs", something that wouldn't happen in normal game situations and the player has to do something special for them to happen. This is supposed to be a reply to oOMetalheadOo, I'm not sure if it will show up like that, I've had problems with replies lately, dunno why.

You can do the shotgun glinch bu taunting, then quickly switching to a weapon and back to shotgun. He will do a fireball with the shotgun.
