@MADBALL9991 My best way to handle it is to keep walking towards him. Closing the distance will force him to use tactics other than his Blanka-Ball... usually his HP slide, which is easily countered. Be careful when he does a weak Blanka-ball; usually just trying to get close to you, then quickly throw you as you block (expecting the Blanka-ball to hit).

The forward dashing has helped me out in some situations (still hard though) BY LUCK! And I mean BY LUCK. I have been able to do an EX scarlet terror with vega. I don't know how it's done but it's possible. I have one vid recorded and saved where I was thrown and the ryu went to cross up just like any other one. Vega stood up "reversal" and I pulled the EX scarlet terror.

there are two things wrong in this video, first of all ryu cross ups here arent timed well, they r not deep like how any good ryu do his cross ups, second 90% of the escapes here can be beaten easily with ryu's option selects that any decent ryu can do. this video can be useful only to know how to counter badly done crossups

He inputs them in the original direction there called auto correct ultras/supers etc there quite difficult to pull off
