oh yeah, i forgot to mention one last person...Frances Bean Cobain has the right to cover NIRVANA songs as well. Other then the people that I mentioned, It is a dishonor to Kurt Cobain to do this! I really wish that people would stop covering NIRVANA songs. I believe that it is hurting Kurt Cobain's true image as an artist and a creative genious. I miss Kurt Cobain. If I had just one wish...It would be that Kurt Cobain was still alive. I don't care if he's be like 40 something, I just miss Kurt.

The owner to the rights of any of Kurt's song has the right to give permission for any artists they wish to cover it. Most likely Otep got permission from the owner of said song rights to reproduce this song.
