Well, the air and balloon contracts due to the low temperature of the freezer, the air inside the balloon decreases in volume, and thus the balloon became wrinkled. when he took the balloon out, the balloon reverted to original shape as the air and balloon regained heat. Possible reason for why the balloon expanded so quickly was probably because he's in a kitchen with someone in the middle of cooking.

@MsTeletubbies98 Well, he does take it out of the freezer.. But if you're not into obvious clues, you can tell because of science. Cold air takes up a certain amount of space. The same amount of warm air takes up more space. When the baloon was blown up, it was warm air. He put it in the freezer, so the baloon itself shrank up because the air wasn't pushing against it as much anymore. When he takes it out and the air inside the baloon begins to warm up, it expands again.
