I haven't actually played either a Stonebridge or Andrew White guita. They have great reputations. I have played a fair few McIlroys., though. Every single one has been excellent. They have great playability and a dynamic sound with loads of character. I've owned mine for a couple of years now and I'm still extremely happy with it.

what tunning are you using?

The tuning is standard - but I've got a partial capo at the second fret leaving the high E open.
