I've been meaning to start using almond milk but haven't yet. I hear it will be great. The gluton in the flour provides additional binding properties (stability) to the product; without it the texture of the pie would change noticeabley.
@intjurban The texture is a little different without eggs, but the taste is close... definitely a healthier option and a taste you'll enjoy over time!

@blackbeautie09 Yeah, the egg makes your hair hard like a protein treatment, but you'll need to wash out well with cold water otherwise your'll have a fried egg head! LOL

i throw away a lot of egg yolks because i never know what to do with them. it never dawned on me to use them for my hair. duh! thanks!
