RAF Merlin and Chinook Training for Afghanistan Exercise Desert Vortex

Really want to be a chinook crewman/gunner but can't find the job anywhere. Where do I start? :) Thanks.

@ashtt123 Search on the RAF web site if you wish to be a Aircrew man like this you will need to go for weapons systems operator, I applied for pilot, But a mate of mine applied and he has said its very hard infect its about as hard as trying for pilot you have to have a completely clean bill of health and be very physically fit, very smart and have a high aptitude.
