gorgeous car... Did the "sport shift" come with that year? also I was wondering how hard is it to find a manual 2jzge sc300.. I figured the full GTE getrag swap would be easier if it was manual already

no its not a sport shift for that year... From what his site says, he got a th400 with a ratchet shifter

That's a line lock switch he's holding to lock the front brakes during his burnout.......trans-brake's keep the tranny disengaged till you let off the button...it's used at the tree.

its either for a trans brake or a line lock kit

should be for a trans brake, hes using a momentary switch.. a line lock uses a flip switch

That's one sick SC. What's that button on the shifter? And after the burnout, did he ratchet the shifter into reverse? Thats what it looked like. But very nice.
