@burningscyfalis They are from what I heard. It's supposed to be more like the Pitch Black was than Chronicles. I think that's a better idea. Chronicles would've been great had it not been so different from the first movie. I like Chronicles a lot, but as a sequel it was just too different. Had it been the first film, I'd have loved it.

(why, oh why, Vin, did you do The Pacifier?)...anyway, very glad that he's agreed to another Riddick, and even more glad that it is geared to be more like Pitch Black than Chronicles. Pitch Black was vastly superior, partly due to novelty (few sequels can recapture the feel of the first), but a big part of it was the 'creature' inside meets the real creature, and a claustrophobic struggle in the dark against primal fears.
