I don't live in a highly-privileged area of the country, so I'd appreciate it if you wouldn't jump to conclusions. The statistics that I directed to you weren't about me, they were country-wide. Yes, our system has its problems, just as any other program does. But people aren't crossing the border in droves in a desperate search for medical treatment. There are some treatments that we don't have the tech for, like rare brain diseases, but those are few and far apart.

As a whole, yes, it SEEMS that blacks are genitically inferior to whites, by a long shot. There are individule exceptions to be sure, but as a whole, the race is inferior. I can offer proof.
No black nation is industrialized, nor do they have the capibility of such a feat. Even in nations that are sucessful and mostley white (America), blacks cannot seem to display the know-how and drive to industiralize and produce, and they do display the highest crime rates.

You keep bringing up the common defense issue. And again, no one is arguing this. However, in the constitution it provides that individuals have the right to bear arms so that they can come together, in commonality, to defend against aggressors. In fact, the bill of rights are individual rights. To say there is no reference to individuals providing for there own defense is ludicrous.

Again Promote not provide. What you're arguing is in Article 1 Sec 8.1 where it seems to contridict itself to say provide both.
However, The Preamble is clear and repeating word for word in the article is not needed.
The real question is what is the definition of General Welfare?

Meaning if you have more sick Americans than healthy,,the sick will overcome the healthy...Simple logic..Providing this public option would allow some of these sick people to continue to be productive citizens.
