In England bow fishing would obviously be allegal. I understand you have thousands more grass carp in the U.S than we do. I caught my first grass carp recently in England and i have been fishing over twenty years, at ten pounds in weight it will sound small to anyone from America, but i had stalked the fish for a few hours and caught it on the bottom on a hair rigged pellet on a size 8 barbless hook, the fish was weighed, photographed and returned within minutes to fight again another day.
