@mickbelfast Terrible example, for a few reasons. In your example, the Xbox is a named competitor which has no reasons to be in the background. In this video, the barman is pulling an unnamed pint which is a prop, not a competitor. Pulling pints is absolutely integral to the image of a barman working in a bar. It's just what happens. I think it's fair to say that most people recognise the existance of beer, and that it will not detract from the advertisement of WKD if shown here.

WKD used to do really crap ads but this gets it right. Unlike Fosters who make me want to turn over their ads are so weak. BTW I am gay and its exactly the same for us when the BF rings wanting to know where you are LOL. I don't drink blue wkd tho!
