the PGL is being delayed for energy conservation reasons in japan. When the country recovers from the quakes they'll put it back up. In the mean time i suggest goin to the official pokemon website and making your trainer accounts so theyre ready when it comes back. Little advice from your Masters Division senpai 4thDegreeBurn.

The pokemon global website was scheduled to open on March 30th but due to the events in Japan, they have to delay the relaunch. No new date has been set for the relaunch so we will have to wait until they do.

Check the pokemon-gl website, they have all the info about it there.
