Hmm.... 34 pict-3 carb with 009 dizzy? That's the worst setup ever. Get a 034 SVDA dizzy and you will have a much better throttle response and also better gas mileage!

im sory but i got a bad ass baja 1600 Single port they only made for a few years look it up all u want but its there and i run trumpets on them full, no baffles i belive that is a sound that is unsurpased if you want ill vid my experiance at the horse hole (mud bog) but i sugest in getting a set of opens or trumpets

does any bdy knows how many HP have a stok bug? its 91 model and no full ingection. 1600 engine.

and what do u recomend to me for grow up the hp whithout modifications in the engine, (exaust , carburation, engine components, oil and other things yes) thanks.

a stock 1600 runs about 60hp, a set of dual Kadron 40pict carbs, a eruro sport exhaust, and 1:25:1 ratio rocker arms (an easy bolt on procedure) will increse hp about 12-20% and make the car MUCH more fun to drive

@mawijamana you have a mexican bug huh? i was looking for one of those but i got myself a ghia. i suggest getting so empi carbs in there, some exhaust, try to get a better intake, get a higher voltage ignition coil, and some good points, with that you should be getting more power. but in the long run, i think you should bore your engine, and get dual carbs. will take time and money, and if you dont do it right, you could fuck up your engine, but if you want power, then do that.
