well some productions might do it differently, but in the script it's written as Johnny Casino. Vince Fontaine judges the dance contest, so it'd be hard for him to sing and do that at the same time, you know?

Yes... well, blue hair. It's to match her dress. Basically, the character planned to die her hair blue to match her dress I guess. Haha, I didn't design the concept, but I'm pretty sure that's what the idea was.
