that is fun, once ya get the hang of it, never tried jumping on the board while it is in the water but I could run and drop the board while jumping on, they are a blast. I would like to get a real skimmboard and go to the ocean and try it.

go to your local tractor supply or even garden supply and save some money. I bought a 50ft by 15 ft 6mm plastic shee, nailed to 4x4 railroad ties to hold the water in, total cost $27.

before you buy make sure your grass or where ever your are putting the thing is totally flat. i have a few spots in my yard that are a little taller then others and i get stuck. Also make sure you have a real skim board if you are over 100lbs.
