  • what is the breeding on some of those dogs

  • Be patient because it takes lot of time with most dogs. Some never come out of it. I tend to shoot over them when they are busy eating as puppies and to get them used to shooting. I try to use the same technique starting small and moving up. Good luck ...

  • Sometimes, it depends on the dog. How old is the dog? Does it run off when you shoot or come back to you? Will it go back and hunt if it hears the other dogs running?

You can try shooting a blank pistol, moving to a .410 and then a 20ga. Always shoot in the distance and while they are running. Start off with a single shot and see how the dog reacts. Then progressively add more shots and then they are closer. I have a buddy that ties them to a tree and dry shoot them, not recommended.

  • I have a gunshy dog ,can it be cured??

  • i bought 200 acers that looks just like that but with a few pines in it i let my pack of 6 go and they didnt even bark well atleast i can do a little predetor hunting :)

  • good sounding hounds,I like running fast hounds too.nothing like a large pack!
