I think I like flex more than Jay. He has unbelievable symmetry and his poses onstage are motivating. He works out with realistic weight too! He even does bodyweight excersises

Give flex a few years and i think he could become a lee priest and place top 10 in the open at olympia. he has crazy conditioning.

@hifrommike65 - no his long term goal is to compete in the open. he is 100% competing in the 212 next year. he wants that title bad. Neil Hill also stated he looked amazing and BETTER when he was at 210 before the 2011 olympia but obviously had to cut down to the 202 limitation.
