I would agree this song has meaning, though I think it was meant for the listener to dechiper. What I gather from this song is the extent of womans control over men, simply because they are...seductive creatures. Puscifer is a solo outlet for Maynard to be creative on an individual level. In so doing most of the "V" is for Vagina is recorded emotively. Which means he with held inflection from his voice to allow the listener to interpret the message for themselves. And yes his lyrics do carry a lot of weight and he speaks through metaphors. Which is the only way for the awareness to be conveyed.
