@armosizzle21 It's about 7 mins longer. I noticed about 4 or 5 differences. On the scary factor, it's about the same as the theatrical.

@SoAsianTv I last part where Kristi flying is my favorite. It was the one I was looking forward to the most. I'm so bummed that it's not in the film. Btw, I'm not sure if the Unrated Cut of the film the Director's Cut, but I think it is.

@Sup3rN0vaH4x0R Cool. That was part of the "Bonus Found Footage." Did you noticed if you pause it just right toward the end of the film when all the lights go out in the house you can see about 1 frame of Hunter sitting the street.

@jbcamprocklover Thats what I was hoping. I own the Blu-Ray & DVD combo of the film. They don't show anything with these scenes in the "bonus found footage" or the Theatrical and Unrated version of the film.
