This was the song that I wanted to use to do a memorial for MJ. I wanted to have gathered all of his albums and memorabilia, and have this song playing while we all cried for his passing and bid him farewell. It would've been a beautiful thing.

Wanting to mourn someone's passing with an emotional song is sick and obssessive? Wow, it's a sad state of affairs when feeling sadness for the death of a fellow human being is considered a sickness. You don't have to know someone personally to cry for someone's passing and want to wish them farewell. Grow some compassion, dude.

It was 1993, my career in the Airforce had just begun. I arrived at tech school still swirling from basic and my room mate Chris brings in this music from an unknown named Brian Mcknight and I can tell you this...Music will always solidify your memories in life...haven't heard this in years, but it reminds me of a brother and the ability to accomplish anything.

Brian McKnight has made many wonderful songs but this has to be one of the best if not the best song that he has ever made, this is a classic. Check out "Love is", by Him and Vanessa Williams that's another great master piece.

Wow...Brian's music is so soulful..I can listen to it now just like I did when it first came out! And yeah..music today is some straight garbage compared to what it was...Musiq Soulchild and Ne-yo are trying to hold it together...but there is less and less romance in music...but music is really just a reflection of our time.....There's less romance in general..lol..Ah well...

DirtaaysouTH..Thanks for the clarity. However Justin COVERED (re- recorded) the song. So... Justin STILL had no production claim on the song. There was NO change in melody or tempo, so it wasn't a remix. I really don't want to take anything away from Justin, pre se. I just want Brian to have his props..his ALONE.
