@billy1212ist The last Ice Age ended about 10,000 years ago and the Neanderthals died out about 30,000 years ago. It was CroMagnon that benefitted intellectually from the Last Ice Age, with the idiots dying off. Most likely the Neanderthal lacked the gene that allowed for larger brain development, just like the African does today, so that it was impossible for the tribe to get any smarter over successive generations.

Continents don't move around in a couple of thousand years, it takes millions.

The continents take millions of years to shift so dramatically. If you like to believe that it took only a few thousand years for Pangea to transform into today's world, and that they move faster because of earthquakes that's your life.
