The 1st time I've heard a comment (by Marty Reid? Dun remember) about these sparks, it was like this: "yeah, they usually bottom out over the tunnel area, because they're still full of fuel"; I thought "WTH? TUNNEL?"
Yeah, I searched the web, and realized there are tunnels under the track there and on the opposite side of TMS, lol

It was Ryan Hunter-Reay in the Ethanol car. Jeff Simmons was long out of that ride by Texas '08.
