i hear tons of complaints with Canada's internet the upload should be same as the down just so there is no confusion. and if they say unlimited it should be unlimited i mean that IS false advertising and i think they know people dont read contracts and BTW they keep so much money so they cant get sued for this they want enough money to buy out every lawyer in the world

I have unlimited :) If I past beyond 10 gigs and the network traffic is high then they will throttle my speed but this hasn't happened until now.

Dude thats what Australia use to be like 10gig max, I'm on 80 gig 40 on peak 40 off peak and i easily use that just streaming videos and live content. iinet ADSL company in oz now have a 1 terabyte plans thats the biggest we got and it would be insane to have. i think its about $100 aussie

I agree with this rant and that it is false advertising but, I'm guessing to most web surfers that are traveling or something, 10 GB is unheard of and therefore "Unlimited"
