Disneyland Paris: Pirates of the Caribbean Interrupted

In my first visit to Disneyland Paris, the ride in the Haunted Mansion were interrupted when I was in the last part of the attraction and after a long time sitting in the carriage, they allow us to let the attraction on foot between the animatronics, but it was fun and I did the same and I take some pictures.

Once in Disneyland, we were eating at the Blue Bayou (the restaurant in the ride), and the ride broke down. people were stuck in one spot for at least 45 minutes! i didn't know there would be entertainment and dinner! xD

i worked at Disney world POTC and I dont recall there being anything in the tower to turn off the fire scene... all the anamatronic controls are in the tunnel under the park.

Hey now ;) Canadians speak much better french. Canada is to France as America is to Britain. We always make fun of the french accent and weird expressions the same way americans make fun of british accents and expressions. And besides, the french hardly even speak french. I love how they are all moving with no words, I had a similar experience on Splash Mountain only all the animatronics were broken and not moving.

I don't want to alarm anybody,but on all the versions of POTC,the "burning town" effect will shut down IF there's a REAL fire!

I noticed that the dueling pirates' swords weren't actually touching;this must have been filmed when,after the two figures were actually cutting up each others' arms,they were temporarily spread apart,with sound effects suggesting a duel,while they worked on the problem.

I heard they solved it.

The fire-effect will shut down if the fireman ask for it and needs to be shut down bij de person in the tower, it doesn't shut down automatically when there is a fire alarm.

At least not in Paris.
