What program do you use to do your animations / graphic word ?

Mostly Maya/mental ray, zbrush, photoshop, and shake for this film.

oooo, in your opinion, could this be done in 3ds max as well ? cuz im just learning and im wondering if thats a good program for this type of animation / design

Absolutely, Max is a great program. And it now supports mental ray, which is awesome. Keep to it man!
