  • great vid man. nice and extensive. i agree with buggin in instead of buggin out.

  • I like your vids overall though I'm not crazy about the knife stuff but u do u! Btw I will never have spam in my preps ick ! Lol!

  • Nice vid

  • Excellent video, one of the best I've seen so far.

  • Just watched your video. You about the 1 video I have watched that makes the most sense to me. Its about all kinds of things that can and will at some point. Went throught 2 hurricanes myself and I wished we had been more prepared. Thanks for taking the time to make this for us city folks. Just 1 suggestion, you may want to try using coupons for some of you canned goods and personal care items. It will save you a ton of money right now while you still need your cash...lol

  • good videos....but guard that window so that they cant break in and take your stuff.

  • What duz the turkey spam taste like I can't buy the extra types of dpam only normal lite and bacon I can't even buy spam singles and in america you can buy spam air freshners!

  • @anthonynerf13 tastes like turkey on a little more salty

  • and leaving stuff charging all the time wil zap your battery life. it will make it so bad that it wont last more than a couple of minutes.

  • try to stay away from the pop top cans. not much after their bb date, they pop.

  • Rethink that baby food!!! Strained peaches & winter squash is a lot better (and better tasting) than boiled rat! Also get some Stinging Nettle seeds and a book on sprouts/hydroponic gardening.

  • Thanks for making the video. I'ts great and I'm with you on the coffee storage! How long do you store your "drinking" water? I'm thinking of getting the storage containers but the shelf life concerns me. i.e Bacteria growth.

  • You have the right mind set. I say stay where you are most of the time. People don't think, bugging out, you have to deal with all the elments out there in the streets. I just wanted to say have a little small propane stove for cooking. Just have pletny of extra small propain bottles for it.

  • my buddy told me the same thing about cordage he gave me some 250 and told me to to get the 550

  • How long does canned food last? usually the "best buy" date is two years but I would think they can last much much longer..

  • @TIKIMAN198 depends on the can... but you are right about 2 years. You can get more out of it but that's the manufactures safety precautions.

  • @TIKIMAN198 the best by date is when the food starts to lose its peak flavor and nutrients. A can that is not dented will last many years. IF it isnt swollen its good to go.

  • @TIKIMAN198 they do last longer as long as they are taken care off. meaning no physical damage on the can like dents that will pretty compromise the inside pressure which is needed to preserve.

  • You're my hero. I live in washington DC and feel I'm the only one prepping! Do you have medicines? I've just subscribed and Friend you.

  • Nice video, thanks for sharing. Take care.

  • very good video!!!!!!

  • Nice preps man. Very well organized...

  • Great prep vid!...very thorough.

  • How much time and money would you say it took for prepping?

  • Great info , thx

  • Alot of the hygiene products/soaps, deodorants/t-paper/ womens..pads, baby stuff..are also good for barter items. Some people would trade about anything for toilet paper or shampoo. If you have a source for used pill bottles or samples, stock up. smaller portions are better. Vinegar was used during the Black plague, to kill germs, handy stuff. Good preps, and well done video sir! Thanks for sharing.

  • Good and helpful video, I agree with you on "buggin out-buggin in". Have you read the book "The Modern Survival Manual: Surviving The Economic Collapse" by Aguirre. I enjoye your videos. Great practical and informative info. HooRah.

  • This just became a sit down video the wife must watch. Very organized and well explained. Great job !

  • @midwestiowashooter thank you

  • Great Video!! One of your strongest points and I think everyone could learn a lesson from you is that fact that you are super organized. Keep up the good work.

  • I'm new to prepping but isn't leaving your rechargeable batteries on charge going to burn out the batteries to the point that they arent gong to stay chargered for long when you need to use them? Don't take it the wrong way because I really don't know

  • @reillyt868 on the old batteries yes but the new ones don't burn out anymore.

  • @CitySurvivalist good to know prolly gonna have to go pick up some of the new ones then thanks for the info

  • @CitySurvivalist Dude all I gotta say is you ARE the FUCKING man!

I only wish I was HALF as organized as you are! Thank you Thank You Thank you for sharing! I need to go back and completely re think my prepping game. Thanks again

  • @reillyt868 Although they cost a lot more and are harder to find, you can get chargers that will sense the batteries charge and shut off or go into a maintain mode to keep from destroying the battery. The one I have charges each battery individually... A cheep charger that came with some batteries ruined those batteries from leaving them in the charger.

  • I agree with you on bugging out. Not everyone can afford to have a place in the woods, or know someone that does. We live over 750 miles from our nearest relative, with numerous major cities between us. Bugging out is not an option. Bug in, survive in place. Food, water and shelter. Why would I leave??! Looters, well I have an "anti looting" device! Looking at solar for back up power for charging batteries, running comms etc. Great video. Charlie Mike!

  • Good informational video thanks for sharing.

  • A good set of binoculars will come in handy.

  • Bad ass vid bro...thanks

  • GREAT VIDEO THANKS!

  • awesome vid man! no EMP protection? i get worried about EMP shit all the time since i saw some scientist documentary about the sun explosion in 2012 trowing a lot of shit in the space thats come to earth, and solar EMP is equal to nuclear EMP, so all the time i get worried about my flashlights and hand cranck radios and stuff like that.

again... thats an awesome vid man!

    congratulations on stuff u got!

  • @vcqcfoda2 yea I'm still researching the EMP Faraday cage thing, its a good prep, but I think if the world does end its only a matter of time before all electronics are going to fail anyway.

  • I agree-that whole Daniel Boone heading for the woods deal is crazy. I'm bugging in during whatever emergency may occur! Thanks for the vid and keep prepping!

  • City, have you considered becoming a hand model?

  • @smedheat that's funny.

  • Bugging out is stupid, where the hell are you going to go if you bug out?. I'm going to defend my home and preps to the end. And I did get some mountain house because of the almost unlimited shelf life so I don't have to worry about them. I do have a second pantry,, not as big as yours. Rotating is alot of work. But I enjoy doing it strangely enough

  • Great informational video city!

  • There is a Company call Shelf Relienace from Utah That has a ration racks

  • You are have the correct way of planning. You plan for the worst case and still live. The prep's you have in place will allow for you to shelter in place for more then 90 days or 120,

  • Great overview...pretty much covered all the bases..thanks!

  • Your right, I say you stay as long as you can. Only time you bug out is if you have absolutely no choice, I mean your family will die if you don't.

  • Great preps and ideas. I appreciate all your posts, they are very informative. Blessings-Anthony.

  • i agree with u to bro love the video all i need is my coffee lol i am good to go

  • Awesome video City.

  • @StarWarsSurvivalist Thank you

  • I agree with you being prepared for any thing not just the end of the world type stuff but for the power going out for days or weeks. I have to have my coffee to.
