@blueyedone13 here's a tip for diabetes: make sure a healthy portion of your daily diet is certain types of whole grains. of these Barley is the best for diabetes. Nutrition Research and the Journal of the American College of Nutrition(plus many more) show that these grains will help prevent many of the symptoms of diabetes and even help cure it. stock up on barley & eat it 3x/day. it's easier, cheaper, & way more enjoyable than insulin shots.

Thus, it becomes all the more important to speak it well & clearly, to write it perfectly, in a clear, international style.
