Not 100 assault rifles which are functionally identical, but have cosmetic differences, like in COD. Long live Quake and the other classic id shooters

id makes great games but fails at the walking cycles! in quake he inserts the gun into his chest when he walks, Doom you sway to the left and right like your drunk, wolfenstein.... you get no movement at all! but who cares there still fun to play and always be some of my favorites.

@Finiras Nah, he just moves really quickly.. all Quake-games "look" like that when you've played them for a while; they're really fast paced with lots of cool trick jumping etc. That's why they kick ass, especially 1 and 2. :)

@patton446 If you were to ever play deathmatch classic, Connect to rocket man's hook server and it IS hl1, But it has all the quake 1 weapons, And if you type hOOKSETUP in chat, Right click and it lets you shoot a grapple hook outta your gun. So hl1 copied off quake 1.
