@k232322 I'm personally not a fan of ground turkey. Don't really care for the flavor of it. I know a lot of people don't like using 96/4 lean ground beef because it becomes dry quickly. That's why chose the broiler method as it helps to lock the juices and keep the flavor in. However, if you are a fan of ground turkey and enjoy the taste, I can't really see any reason to not try a turkey burger. I say go for it.
my mom loves those flats, do ya think turkey burgers would taste just as good?
