@rrprieto not that hard to do, it's not that high, he's not even producing a lot of sound even with the mic, and it isn't not that long. I had a girl in a show with me chest out a high G for 38 counts(comedic effect). That ending is nothing.

The story behind the orange wrist band is he was interviewed during A.I. & the TV guy mentioned his young daughter's struggle w/cancer & that he had wrist bands made to show support. David asked if he could have one. The guy only had 1 but gave it to Cook. Cook wore it on every show & has never taken it off. Nobody knew about it until the father mentioned it & Cook (during an A.I.tour) hung with her all day. Cook always made sure she could see if & wore it on his hand if his sleeves were long.
