I'm going back there for the sixth time in March with 16 people who have been there before. No matter how many times you visit the reactor complex, Reactor 4 and Pripyat, there is so much more to see. Mr. Diatlov, Anatoly and Akimov .. you really should have conducted the reactor test on Monday April 28th with a full daytime crew .. the world would have been less radioactive nowadays!
The picture of the monument, at the end with the man in the shadow of a mushroom looking like explosion cloud is so hauting! Makes me think how fragile we are, we the human kind all in hope of science and progress..
I hope soon, the human kind will find a better alternative for energy, that has the same performance as the nuclear one, but safer and look back onto this thinking how rudimentary this was..
Really sorry about the horrible artifacting everyone, I was hoping it would even out with processing, but I may have to go back to file to fix it. The source material was very poor quality but it looked alright on my end.
Thank you very much. I am only 1 fourth Ukrainian, but even that small part of me cries out when I see your video. I remember during that time, I was living in California. Ukrainian Easter eggs couldn't be imported because of the radiation threat. As a Canadian with mad Ukrainian ethnic skills, I filled in with intricate and beautiful eggs. I kept the culture before them, explaining every symbol, but as the news reports came in, my heart bled.

It may seen odd but I would like to visit Chernobyl and the areas affected by this terrible disaster.
As for the video it shows true emotion and is a fitting tribute to the people who help out with the worlds worst nuclear disaster to date.
Great work Alex
PS: Crapshots ftw
