In space there is no air at all. So if sonic used a gun in space he would fly back if the recoil is strong enough and the bullet will never slow down. It can potentially revolve around the battleship until it shoots someone.

@Darkipod95 mmm not exactly. depends how he shoots it. if he enters space in an orbit then he already has momentum. the bullet would not be enough to stop him. everything is moving is space as nothing is still so it would take a tremendous force to stop him. considering he's probably moving fast to begin with

The trajectory of the orbit can be affected it is never stopped. for instance. the moon goes around the earth. earth goes round sun. sun goes around milkway spiral, spiral is affected by galatic pulls. Each is relevant to the other just as the eggmans space stations so thats the difficult of space. everything is constantly moving but compared to speeds of other things it can appear not to.

@huntirico1 True, but in orbit you have to technically be falling. While the gravity of the sun is still present if its out of range with the earth it cant fall correct? Therefore it is not in orbit and the only thing really effecting it is the gravity of the sun.

@blazeydemon You know...when Eggman uses that freeze ray, you can always go underneath the robot. The tail won't reach that low. While your underneath the robot, when he starts shooting those homing missles at you, then you can deflect them upwards.

Getting the emeralds in this game is easier said than done for everyone who hasn't got all of them. True, all you have to do is collect the 7 special rings in and 2 acts of each zone, and complete the special stage, which is to collect 300 rings.

But, my goodness, did it take forever to collect them all. You have to figure out where the rings are, and on top of that, the special stage was hard as anything.

Certainly a challenge for any gamer.
